On the 5th of March, 2004, a 15-year-old girl alleged that she was raped by a Queens Park Rangers' footballer and 6 others at a House in Brockley, South East London.
The BBC reported thus on the 26th of March, 2004:
"A professional footballer, who is charged with raping a teenage girl, has had his application for bail turned down by an Old Bailey judge. Terrell Forbes, 22, from New Cross, south-east London, had appealed against a decision by Greenwich magistrates on Thursday to remand him in custody. The defender with Second Division club Queens Park Rangers is charged with raping a 15-year-old girl on 5 March".
Philip Mighton, Ashley Campbell, Darren Wallace, Shane Sutherland, Kevin George and Martin Senyomo were all allegedly involved in the rape but only three of them were jointly charged with Forbes. They are also professional footballers. Having described the events that occurred in the flat as "wholly disgraceful" and saying:
"When I first saw the papers in this case some three weeks ago... I concluded in my mind that only a miracle could save the defendants from conviction and a double-figure sentence, provided the complainant was a credible witness", Judge Michael Hucker told the court:
"I now take the view that to risk even the possibility of such an outcome would be to risk a major miscarriage of justice".
Thus, on the 18th of November, Hucker directed the jury to return not guilty verdicts on Forbes, Mighton, Wallace, Campbell and Sutherland after hearing lengthy legal arguments from their barristers. Kevin George had been similarly acquitted the previous day.
Terrel Forbes said:
"My reputation has been attacked through the last few months. I wish for all to respect my vindicated character and reputation".
Here's the thing.
Why were this lot not locked up for having sex with a child who was below the legal age of consent? That is, having GROUP sex with a child who was below the legal age of consent.
Gang-banging her.
Repeatedly.
And filming the whole process.
On the 24th of November, 2004, the BBC reported thus:
"A teacher from Cornwall has been jailed for a year after admitting indecently assaulting a 15-year-old girl who had a crush on him. Ashley Theasby, from Church Cottage, Cubert, near Newquay, was also banned from working with children for two years at Truro Crown Court.
The 25-year-old, who had just qualified to teach geography, is also to register as a sex offender for seven years.
The judge told him 'your career as a teacher has ended'.
The court heard that the girl had a crush on him and Theasby's defence council said he was a foolish young man who had succumbed to temptation...
The judge accepted that the young girl was a willing participant and that Theasby had been of previous good character".
Theasby made love to the girl once.
But he was white.
On the 26th of June, 2002, the BBC website reported thus:
"A man who battered his pregnant schoolgirl lover has escaped a jail sentence after a court heard that her parents allowed her to sleep with him. Perth Sheriff Court also heard that the teenager may have been unfaithful to Muhammad Bajjawi.
Bajjawi, 19, from Perth, admitted assaulting the 15-year-old last year after she told him that she was expecting a baby that might not be his. They had been having sex in her home with the consent of her parents, a situation Sheriff Lindsay Foulis said was 'verging on the unbelievable'.
Bajjawi's solicitor told the court that his client had a domineering attitude to women because his parents were from the Middle East. Sheriff Foulis declined to jail Jordan-born Bajjawi, and said:
'There are sexual offences and there are sexual offences'.
He put him on probation and ordered him to do 200 hours unpaid work.
Former boxer Bajjawi punched the girl in the stomach after raining blows on her head and body for several minutes... They had sex for four months until the girl became pregnant and matters erupted on 19 June last year. Fiscal deputy Bruce Macrossan said:
'The accused began to doubt he was the father of the child and he hit her in the stomach, saying the baby was not his'.
Mrs McKay said...
'Perhaps his role model is not a western one, but one where women have their place. That has contributed to his behaviour and the possessiveness and intensity of it. He received information which led him to believe she was not being faithful to him and that put pressure on the relationship'.
Bajjawi, who has a previous conviction for a mobile phone mugging, was also ordered to get anger management counselling".
Bajjawi is Asian.
On the 5th February, 2000, under the banner headline The Predator, The Sun told us this:
"Pimp turned care-home girls aged 14 into hookers addicted to crack cocaine."
Martin Malone caused at least 22 young girls to become prostitutes in this manner.
He was jailed for just 4 years.
A TV report at the time of his trial was sympathetic to Malone and stressed that that he "cared for his girls" and that they cared for him.
Malone is black.
On the 10th of September, 2004, Marc Richards was found guilty of having unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl of 15.
The girl was in love with Richards at the time and the relationship was entirely consensual. Nevertheless, the judge described Richards, who was 24-years-old when the affair took place, as "perverted and depraved". And imprisoned him for four and a half years.
Marc Richards is white.
Sometime in 2003, Baron Blum, a Jewish entrepreneur, began a sexual relationship with several underage girls.
On the 10th of January, 2003, the magazine, Property Week, reported thus:
"Baron Bloom, son of property entrepreneur Desmond Bloom, is facing a jail sentence for indecently assaulting a 15-year-old schoolgirl.
Bloom, who is 28 and headed AIM-listed property company Eurocity until last May, has also been placed on the sex offenders register after being found guilty at the Old Bailey two days before Christmas day.
He was charged in total with four counts of indecent assault against two girls aged 14 and 15 and was cleared of two counts. The millionaire playboy, who lives in St John's Wood, London, molested the 15-year-old girl in his double bed, which they were sharing with another man and a girl of 14, the Old Bailey heard. The girl told the jury how Bloom rubbed his penis against her...
Bloom admitted having regular sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old girl, but insisted he thought she was 18 or 19 and that he was not breaking the law.
The jury was unable to agree a verdict on one of the charges involving the 14-year-old".
On the 21st of December, 2003, the This is Local London website reported thus:
"He had pleaded not guilty to four charges. The jury failed to reach a verdict on a remaining indecent assault charge and the prosecution informed the court it intended to seek a retrial. On the direction of the judge, Bloom was cleared of another charge and found not guilty by the jury of the final charge.
The 15-year-old schoolgirl told the court she had taken a 14-year old friend to hospital after she passed-out after drinking too much champagne with Bloom and his friends at a Mayfair nightclub. The court heard that after leaving the hospital the two girls went to Bloom's flat because it was too late to return home".
On the 18th of December, the This is Local London website had reported thus:
"The prosecution alleged that Bloom, who was having a meteoric rise as a property dealer at the time, used fast cars and his wealth as a honey-trap to feed his attraction for under-age girls...
Today he said he was convinced that the 14-year-old was at least 18 when he first met her in a King's Road coffee bar. They began dating and began having sex once a week with her as a willing participant...
The girl has accused Bloom of sexually attacking her twice at his west London flat, once in February last year and in September."
Later, the judge ordered Bloom to be placed on the sex offenders register for 10 years and sentenced him to one year's imprisonment in Belmarsh Prison. He was placed in a high security unit for fear of attack from fellow inmates.
On the 11th of June, 2003, the Totally Jewish website reported thus:
"A millionaire playboy who indecently assaulted a 15-year old girl had his jail sentence slashed this week. The court of appeal found that the one-year sentence handed to Baron Bloom last month was excessive, so the 28-year-old property tycoon will now serve just three months".
And, just in case you were thinking that the Bloom influence had secured this lighter sentence, Totally Jewish added a little something else to the mix. TJ said that the 15-year-old Bloom had assaulted had "e-mailed him saying:
'If all Jewish people are like you Hitler should be made a saint'."
